boutique bliss, a gem in the heart of the city!
tube proximity friendly staff quality linens
i loved that the hotel is a short walk from the tube and portobello road markets it made exploring so easy the whole staff was cute and always ready to help with a smile i also really appreciated the bright room and spacious layout it was comfortable and had such quality linens it felt luxurious
the air conditioner wasn't working properly , it made the room very hot the first night

the rooms have good size and decoration i loved that the room provided a wonderful experience it really made my stay enjoyable the space felt luxurious.

the breakfast service was pretty good with warmth and professionalism i was so happy that the breakfast brioche bun was good offering buttery richness i savored every bite. the mango chia pudding was a light, refreshing option.

the hotel has an excellent location near the tube it allows easy access to central areas of the city and there are also many restaurants and stores in the area. it is perfect to enjoy the city.

the staff gave me their full attention and kindness this created a cute environment i felt the staff's friendly smiles cheered me up especially after a long day of traveling. the staff helped me into the lounge.

wonderful stay!
lovely room friendly staff convenient location great pubs
The rooms are lovely and well-kept, just as is the whole hotel. the staff is friendly, kind, and cute. the location is right around the corner from the tube station. it made exploring the city easy. i appreciate the beautiful walks, great pubs, and restaurants nearby.
i did find the in-room service took a while. it seemed they didn't have enough servers, so i waited for quite a while to place my order.

perfect balance fresh tomatoes house waffles
the breakfast brioche bun had perfect balance. fresh tomatoes were juicy. house waffles were the best i have ever enjoyed.
the air conditioner did not work one night and it was very hot.
